Jack Goodacre - Director
I am one of the Directors at Goodacres Residential and I run the Kempston Office My Brother Simon and I Launched Goodacres Residential with just one office. We have opened 2 further offices in the last 3 years and we now cover a huge area covering the whole of Bedfordshire and now expanding into Buckinghamshire I have been an Estate agent in the Bedfordshire area for over 13 years, and have met some wonderful people during the buying and selling process. Outside of work I enjoy family time and long walks in the country.
Josh Saunders - Assistant Manager
I am the Assistant Manager of the Bedford Office and have worked for Goodacres since the company started in 2017. I have worked in the industry since 2015 and hold multiple qualifications in real estate & sales which is backed by market experience. I enjoy spending time eating out with my fiancée and meeting my pals down the pub alongside jet setting on holiday when I get the chance.
Josh Bridgeman - Lettings Manager
I'm Josh and I look after our thriving lettings department helping to support our landlords with their rental properties. With over 10 years experience my motivation for success is in developing our lettings team; supporting our clients. I enjoy spending time with my family, playing football and watching formula 1. I love to travel and enjoy nothing better than sitting round a pool with a beer in a hot country.

Simon Goodacre - Director
I am one of the Directors here at Goodacres Residential and have been working within the estate agency world for the last 13 years. I love the job and enjoy running one of the top performing agencies within Bedford. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my partner and daughter and having the odd beer with my mates. Hobbies include playing football and golf as well as supporting Manchester United.
Myah Taylor - Assistant Lettings Manager
My name is Myah and I am the Assistant Lettings Manager at Goodacres Residential. I have been in the industry for six years, having spent two of those here at Goodacres. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and going on holiday.
Courtney Chamberlain - Lettings Support
My name is Courtney, and I am the Property Manager here at Goodacres and I work alongside both our tenants and landlords to meet their requirements and deliver a high level of customer service. I enjoy spending time in the outdoors, travelling and exploring new places.
Stacy Tomlin - Sales Progressor
I am the sales progressor for the Bedford office. My role as sales progressor involves resolving any problems that may arise and can help shorten the period between offer and exchange by collating all the sales relevant details and acting as the point of contact for all parties involved in the sale. Outside of work my love for holidays is noted and I am always planning my next holiday. I love my cockapoo Poppy and enjoy spending time with my family. My other love would be salt and vinegar crisps
Phoebe Curtis - Senior Negotiator
I’m the Senior Sales Negotiator at Goodacres, based in the Castle Road office. I joined Goodacres in 2018 and was trained by Simon and Jack. I have been an estate agent since I left school, and really enjoy my job.
In my free time, I enjoy nights out with my friends and spending too much money shopping.
Michael Kavanagh - Branch Manager
I am the Manager of the Cranfield Office and have lived in the village of Cranfield all my life. I have worked in the property industry for the past 12 years and benefit from plenty of transferable knowledge & experience from my time at Rightmove. I thoroughly enjoy working with a clients and spending time getting to know them, their home and taking time to understand what's special about it so we can ensure we try to capture all these important things that make a house your home. I love watching my son playing for football for the local team in Cranfield.

Ruplal Kalyan - Senior Negotiator
I am the most Senior member of the Goodacres Group, Senior in age not experience. I have two grown up children and married happily for a number of years to a beautiful woman. I am ex-military. Very down to earth and recognise the stress and hard work needed to find the ‘right home at the right time and at the right price’. I have been with Goodacres nearly 4 years, where there is never a dull moment. Often the day is filled with a mixture of determination and hard work laced with, on occasion, a little bit of stress to always achieve a satisfactory result for all those concerned.
Lauren Campion - Assistant Manager
From the initial interaction with my clients over the phone discussing the specifics of their dream home, to the viewings and then securing the property for them is just the best feeling ! Rochelle Applegate - Sales Negotiator
I work part time for Goodacre’s. I am relatively new to estate agency but have found a real love and passion for the role. My background is retail management and while in this role I obtained a CIPD HR qualification. I am mainly based in our Kempston office but cover in Bedford and Cranfield when needed. I love to socialise with my family and friends, and I enjoy going to the gym regularly in my spare time.
